The Student Education Association of Maine will host a Fall workshop titled “From Standards to Learning” for area educators. Participants will engage in hands-on activities that apply to sections of the newly revised Maine Learning Results, and learn how to provide formative assessments that support and grow student learning. The workshop will be conducted by Ellen Holmes, NEA/Maine Department of Education Distinguished Educator. The event is free to NEA, MEA and SEAM members, $75 for non-members.
