The University of Maine at Presque Isle celebrates its 13th Annual Science Day with a lecture by Dr. Orrin Pilkey, Professor Emeritus of Earth and Ocean Sciences at Duke University. His lecture titled, “The Rising Seas: The Future of Miami and Eskimo Villages,” will be presented at 7 p.m. in the Campus Center as part of UMPI’s Distinguished Lecturer Series.
